Since May 2011, when President Alassane Ouattara was elected, the Ivory Coast has been relatively peaceful.
A new report by Human Rights Watch, however, says the government has failed to adequately prosecute all of those responsible for post-election violence before Ouattara’s inauguration.
The group warns that because justice has so far been one sided, instability may follow.
