- Israeli attacks across Gaza have killed more than 70 people so far today as the assault to capture Gaza City and force one million Palestinians from their homes continues.
- Widespread global condemnation has erupted after Israel attacked Hamas’s senior leadership in the Qatari capital, Doha, as a US-proposed ceasefire was discussed for the war-battered Gaza Strip.
- Qatar’s PM says that the country is forming a “collective response” to Israeli “bullying”, after condemning the “cowardly” attack and saying there was no warning of the strike from the United States.
- Israeli warplanes have carried out more bombings of Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, and other locations around the country, killing at least 35, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.
- Five more Palestinians, including a child, have died of starvation and severe malnutrition in the past 24 hours.
